Terms and Conditions
Last updated: May 2025
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website ye2p.com (the "Service") operated by ye2p ("we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
ye2p operates as a platform provider: we provide the marketplace technology and infrastructure that facilitates transactions between independent sellers and buyers. ye2p is not a seller or reseller of any products listed on the platform. Sellers are independent third parties responsible for their own listings, prices, and fulfilment.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your country, to use this Service. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Products and Prices
ye2p acts as a platform provider — we provide the marketplace infrastructure that connects buyers with sellers. ye2p is not a reseller and does not itself sell digital goods. Prices are set by individual sellers and displayed in euros (€). We reserve the right to remove listings that violate our policies. A contract of sale is formed directly between the buyer and the seller upon confirmation of payment.
4. Payment
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. By completing a purchase you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. All transactions are subject to verification and we reserve the right to cancel any order that we suspect to be fraudulent.
5. Delivery
Digital products (game keys and codes) are delivered to the email address associated with your account immediately after successful payment. Delivery times may vary in exceptional circumstances. If you do not receive your product within 24 hours of payment, please contact us via the Contact page.
6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason. However, you expressly agree that delivery of digital content begins immediately upon purchase, and therefore you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost once the digital product (game key or code) has been revealed or delivered, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the Directive.
If the digital product has not yet been revealed or delivered, you may exercise your right of withdrawal by contacting us at the email address provided on our Contact page within the 14-day period. We will process any applicable refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal request, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
7. Defective or Invalid Keys
All keys are verified before sale. If you receive a defective or invalid key, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with proof of the issue. We will provide a replacement key or a full refund at our discretion. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU law, including the right to a remedy under Directive 2019/770 on digital content and services.
8. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and software, is the property of ye2p or its content suppliers. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent. Game titles and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product or service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by European Union consumer protection law and the laws of the country in which you reside as a consumer. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, you have the right to use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Your statutory rights under applicable national law are not affected by these Terms.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or by displaying a notice on the website. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
14. Contact
If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact us through our Contact page.
